We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Residency Manager to oversee the operations, administration, accreditation, and financial management of Central Washington Family Medicine Residency Program. This leadership role works closely with the Program Director, Designated Institutional Official (DIO), faculty, residents, and institutional leaders to ensure the continued success, growth, and accreditation of the residency program.
The ideal candidate is a collaborative professional with strong organizational, project management, and leadership skills who thrives in a fast-paced academic healthcare environment.
The successful candidate will demonstrate:
- Strong knowledge of Graduate Medical Education (GME) administration and accreditation processes.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience coordinating committees, meetings, and complex administrative processes.
- Financial and budget management experience.
- Ability to build collaborative relationships with faculty, residents, institutional leadership, and external organizations.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic residency management systems.
As the Residency Manager, you'll play a vital role in shaping the education and success of future family physicians. Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education Administration or Business/Management is required. Master’s Degree is preferred.
- 3 years of related experience in management and oversight of residency operations or equivalent experience is required.
- Familiarity with ACGME and other accrediting and regulatory bodies is required.
- Direct experience n staff supervision and budge management is required.
- Immunizations are required prior to start date (COVID, Hep B (3), Tdap, MMR (2), Varicella (2), TB/PPD, FLU).
- Pre-employment drug screen is required.
$72,675.20 - $106,516.80 annually.
