Community Health of Central Washington is seeking a dynamic and mission-driven Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join our leadership team at our Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) dedicated to delivering high-quality, accessible, and equitable healthcare to underserved communities. The COO will play a critical role in advancing our mission by overseeing day-to-day operations, driving organizational efficiency, and ensuring the delivery of patient-centered care across all service lines.

- Community Health of Central Washington – Ellensburg/Ellensburg Dental Care - On site 430B Pharmacy

- Patient Centered Behavioral Health
Position Highlights:
- Oversees all operational functions related to medical and dental services and sites
- Works with the CFO on annual budget, volume projections, equipment planning, staffing, and cost control initiatives
- Works with the CMO, Dental Director, Residency Program Director and HR to assure achievement of annual recruitment and retention objectives for provider staffing
- Serves on the CHCW Leadership Group and other high-level committees and teams as appropriate
- Administers and monitors standards, policies, and procedures for areas of responsibilities
- Serves as staff to the Board of Directors under the direction of the CEO. Contributes to the strategic planning work of the Board
- Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates monthly financial and statistical information and productivity reports with managers and leaders. Adjusts as appropriate to achieve business and budget goals
Salary: $150,000 - $200,000 annually

Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Business Management, Healthcare Administration or related field; a combination of equivalent education and experience in health service management may be substituted for degree
- 5 years’ experience in management of health program operations in urgent care, primary care and/or outpatient facility and direct experience in staff supervision is required
- Valid Driver’s license and auto insurance is required
